3 Workbooks. 1 Complete Toolkit. 210+ Pages of Clarity, Compassion, and Transformation.

The confusion ends here.

The shame, spirals, and endless “what’s wrong with me?” thoughts stop now.

With this bundle, you’ll finally have the language, clarity, and strategies to see your brain for what it really is: powerful, valid, and worth celebrating.

I know the struggle. I came out of my diagnosis with nothing but questions and no clue what to do next.
I tried the hacks. I downloaded the freebies. I spent thousands on resources… and ended up more frustrated than before.

So I did the work for you. I pulled together the facts, the lived examples, and the tools that actually change lives, into one simple, relatable, life-changing resource.

Here’s What You’ll Get Inside

📘 22 ADHD + Autism Traits Made Simple

Your guide to 22 core traits, explained in plain, compassionate language. Each section breaks down what the trait looks like, how it shows up in real life, and why it’s not a personal failing but part of your wiring.

📘 550 Real-Life Experiences

The ultimate “aha!” generator. Hundreds of lived examples that make you say: “Wait, that’s me!” Finally, you’ll have words to describe the things you’ve struggled with, to yourself, to loved ones, even to professionals.

📘 The Scorecards

Your interactive toolkit. Visual charts and self-scoring guides to help you see patterns across traits, track your growth, and colour your own neurodivergent spectrum. It’s part self-reflection, part roadmap, and part permission slip to stop blaming yourself.

What Changes When You Use This Bundle

Instead of asking “what’s wrong with me?” you’ll start saying:

🌶️ “Oh, late again… that’s just time-blindness. Not to worry.”

🌶️ “Struggling to start that REALLY IMPORTANT THING? That’s executive dysfunction, not laziness.”

🌶️ “Nope, not a heart attack, that’s emotional dysregulation bubbling up right now.”

The guilt, shame, and self-blame? They melt into understanding.
Understanding becomes strategy.
And strategy becomes a life that works with your brain, not against it.

The Value

Individually, these resources would cost $148.

But I don’t want this to be another “download and forget” PDF graveyard. I want it to change your life. Like it’s already changed the lives of hundreds of others.

💌 I get emails all the time saying things like:
“Holy shit Sav, my life will never be the same again.”

And honestly? That’s why I love what I do.

So I made the call:

💡 $97, all in.

You’re not buying “just some e-books.” You’re investing in yourself.
In clarity. In confidence. In a roadmap to stop spiralling and start thriving.

The Choice is Simple

Stay stuck in self-blame, guilt, and confusion.

Or…

💡 Identify why you’re struggling in the first place.

💡 Gain the self-awareness to recognise your patterns.

💡 Implement the knowledge and strategies that actually work.

After reading the e-book, I am finally ready to forgive myself for... Being late, losing things, getting distracted, being too nice, not knowing who I am, feeling odd, being sensitive, having specific ways of doing things, because I now understand it wasn't me having a faulty brain, but I just had different wiring.

I do feel like I might be ADHD after reading this. It is making so much more of my life make sense. It is slowly lifting the weight off my shoulders and making me feel less stupid for thinking I might be ADHD.

I used to think I was weird, awkward, annoying, slow, too much, odd, bossy but after reading the e-book I now realise I am just different, unique, gifted, ME. I do feel like I might be ADHD after reading this. It is making so much more of my life make sense. It is slowly lifting the weight off my shoulders and making me feel less stupid for thinking I might be ADHD

I do feel like I might have ADHD after reading this. It makes me feel less stupid for thinking that way, and it’s starting to make more of my life make sense. It feels like a weight is slowly being lifted off my shoulders, and that’s such a relief.

Most of what I was reading felt a lot more relatable this time because the explanations were simple and the examples really helped bring it to life. It made everything easier to understand compared to before when I felt like I was just overcomplicating things in my head. Having it broken down in such an easy way gave me more clarity and made me feel less alone in what I experience.
