Screw Normal. Be Spicy.

I’m an AuDHDer — that’s ADHD and Autism combined, which basically means I’m extra spicy. My journey’s been chaotic, messy, beautiful, and at times, completely overwhelming.

I was diagnosed with ADHD at 25, Autism at 28, and Coeliac disease somewhere in between. Each diagnosis cracked me open a little more — peeling back years of guilt, shame, and “why am I like this?” moments. I’ve cried, masked, unmasked, and rebuilt myself more times than I can count.

But here’s the plot twist: learning how my brain actually works changed everything. I stopped fighting it. I stopped hating it. And I finally started working with it instead of against it.

Now, I’m a dopamine-seeking gremlin and homebody hermit on a mission to pull others out of the post-diagnosis whirlwind and into a welcoming, spicy AF community. Babe, welcome to the exclusive spicy club — no neurotypicals allowed.

If you’re here, you’ve probably started wondering the same thing about yourself. Maybe you’re confused, overwhelmed, or full of self-doubt. I get it. I’ve lived it.

That’s exactly why I created these resources — to help you quiet the imposter syndrome, recover from RSD and people-pleasing, make sense of your traits, and feel confident starting your diagnosis journey.

Understanding my brain gave me my life back — and you deserve that same clarity, confidence, and self-compassion too. 💕

You’re not disabled — you’re differently abled.

You don’t have a disorder — you’re differently ordered.

You were born different because the world needs different.

So think differently, act differently, be different.
