Thank you for shopping at Colour Me Neurospicy! All our products are made-to-order and are shipped directly from third-party suppliers. This means each item is custom-produced just for you. Here’s what you can expect regarding our shipping process:

- Once an order is placed, please allow 2-5 business days for processing. This timeframe allows our suppliers to prepare, print, and package your items with care.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed and shipped.
2. Shipping Times
- Estimated shipping times vary by product type and destination. Typically, shipping within the United States takes between 5-10 business days. International orders may take longer, usually 10-20 business days.
- Please note that these are estimates, and shipping times may vary based on external factors like customs delays, holidays, and COVID-19 impacts.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and order weight.
- Some products may offer free shipping as specified on the product page.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
- Please note that tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update once you receive your shipping confirmation.
