At Colour Me Neurospicy, all products sold are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped.

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products.

This policy exists to protect the integrity of our intellectual property and ensure fairness across our community.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the rare event of a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the product and cannot be resolved after reasonable troubleshooting.

Refunds will not be issued for:

- Personal outcomes or expectations not being met
