🧠 Not a physical product — Instant Digital Download (PDF)

A creative, reflective tool to help you visually map your neurospicy traits and spot patterns you may not have noticed before.
It’s not a diagnosis—it’s a mirror. A starting point. A visual representation of YOU.

🖍️ What it is:

A guided activity where you identify traits that resonate with you—without knowing which are ADHD or Autism. That way, you’re colouring from your lived experience, not a label and learning more about who you are in the process.

🧠 Who it’s for:

Not diagnosed (yet)?

You suspect you're neurodivergent and want something tangible to help you explore that possibility. This chart can build confidence to seek a diagnosis—or just help you make sense of things.

Diagnosed with one… but feel like something’s missing?

Maybe you’ve been diagnosed with ADHD but still feel “off.” This chart helps you explore whether Autism (or vice versa) might be the missing puzzle piece—because AuDHD looks different than either on their own.

Diagnosed with both?

Use it to see which traits hit hardest right now—so you can focus your energy and support where it counts most.

Parenting neurodivergent kids?

The included My Family version lets you map your traits alongside your child’s to find where you overlap or diverge, giving you insight into how and what areas to support each other better in.

In a neurodivergent or mixed-neurotype relationship?

Use it as a low-pressure way to learn about each other’s unique challenges—and how to be better partners through it.

💌 What’s Inside:

🌈 Colour-in Spectrum Chart – No labels until after it’s filled in

🔍 Plain-English Symptom Breakdown – Straightforward and easy to follow

🧩 Interpretation Guide – Understand your results: ADHD? Autism? Both?

💬 Solo, Family/Partner Versions – Choose the one that fits your life

📥 Instant Download – Fill digitally or print at home, use again anytime

🧘 Start here if:

You’re feeling lost in the diagnosis maze, confused by the overlap, or masking so hard you don’t even know who “you” are anymore.

This chart helps you reconnect with your brain in a curious, creative way—and build a clearer picture of your neurodivergence.

I found this chart soooo useful! I’ve recently been diagnosed with ADHD but some of my symptoms are more autistic. With autism running in my family I wouldn’t be surprised if I have both. This chart has definitely helped me understand myself more and I now do believe I am more AuDHD. With high levels of masking. I won’t seek a formal diagnosis for that but I don’t feel I need to because of this chart.

I found the charts so insightful! Interestingly, traits I initially scored myself low on became more noticeable to me after completing the chart. I had to take note of my behaviours over a few days post to get a more accurate picture. I was surprised to find I have traits suggestive of both ADHD and Autism. I wonder if the pairing has made it that bit harder for me to understand myself and seek help.
Very interesting and useful.
Thankyou!

This resource was such an exciting and visually stimulating the way to understand myself and my ADHD symptoms. As a therapist who specialises in ADHD for kids and teens, I’m used to viewing symptoms through a more clinical lens. This gave me a fresh, still clinically-informed perspective, with specific and often-overlooked symptoms explained so clearly.

I especially loved the visual elements and how you quantified and qualified symptom intensity in your video. The whole presentation felt warm, kind, and inviting, like a safe space to explore challenging parts of myself. It was absolutely worth the cost, and honestly, you could have charged double. I’m so thankful I stumbled across it.

You strike me as a very kind, generous, and sweet person. Thank you for creating this.

The chart is amazing, I even coloured it in digitally because I was excited to try it before printing, also I like the challenge of colouring on the phone sometimes
